VitaMedica's Arnica Montana 30X is a homeopathic remedy designed to reduce the discomfort, bruising and swelling associated with soft tissue injury that often accompanies surgical and non-surgical procedures. Vitamedica's Arnica Montana 30X can be taken alone or as a component of the Surgery Program and Healing Supplements Program.

Some Key Features: Minimizes bruising with filler & injectable procedures (e.g., BOTOX, Restylane).  Arnica can be taken immediately following a surgical or non-surgical procedure.  Arnica 30X formula is optimal for facial surgeries.  Vitamedica uses organically grown Arnica Montana, soft-grain, sub-lingual tablet that dissolves rapidly, 250 tablets (Approx. three-week supply).

Directions:

Begin taking immediately after surgery and continue taking until you no longer need Arnica Montana 30X to reduce swelling and bruising, usually about 7-14 days.  Tablets should be taken three times a day by placing the tablet under the tongue to disolve naturally.  You should refrain from brusing your teeth, eating, or drinking anything besides water for at least 15 minutes before and after taking the tablet.
