Directions:

Chilled application: Store in the freezer.  For home spa treatments exfoliate and then apply Pearl-Ice over a hydrating mask.  Lay back and apply the mask to closed eyelids for 10-12 minutes, massaging the glass beads with your fingers over desired areas.  The Pearl Ice mask can be refrozen and re-applied after 45 minutes.

Warm application: Immerse in hot water (not boiling) for between 3 and 5 minutes.  Lay back and apply to closed eyelids for 10-12 minutes to relieve tension headaches and nasal congestion.
