The Camp Harmony Connect Breast Form is a unique new breast form that can be worn as an attachable breast form.  Or, if one chooses, a soft cotton backed cover is provided which can be used to wear the breast form in the more traditional way of placing the form in the bra pocket.  To wear the Harmony Connect Breast Form as an attachable form simply remove the protective cover to expose the unique gel adhesive backing and affix the breast form to the chest wall in the desired location.  This lightweight breast form is designed to look and feel as close to the natural breast as possible, and can be worn on either the left or the right side of the body, with a shallow to average fit.

This form is appropriate for use following all mastectomy/breast cancer procedures and especially following more modern procedures that remove less breast tissue.
