The Camp Harmony A Supreme Breast Form is a lightweight asymmetrical form that offers a concave back to accommodate excess tissue.  The underarm extension fills in for missing tissue at the axilla area.  The enhanced softness and profile imitate mature breast tissue.  This form fits a shallow to average profile and is ideal for bilateral needs.

This form is appropriate for use following all mastectomy/breast cancer surgery procedures and especially for more simple and modified radical mastectomy surgeries where less breast tissue has been removed.
