Description and Usage
 
Soft, lightweight silicone makes this form 30% lighter, while the pearl, skin-friendly adhesive technology on back attaches directly to the body, to probide a simple, secure fit.  It does not require skin supports and can easily be worn traditionally by attaching the back pad.  The form should be worn with a bra and should be worn attached while swimming or during heavy perspiration.  All Amoena forms are easy to clean and in order to maintain the permanent adhesive regular cleaning and care is required.  The form comes with 2 protective foils, 1 back pad, 2 bottles of soft cleanser, 1 tube of skin balance gel cream, 1 brush, and an instruction guide.  It is only availabe in ivory and in sizes 0-10.
