Description and Usage
 
With it’s symmetric design and long extension, this versatile form can be turned in any direction to accommodate lost tissue whether it is at the breast bone, under the arm, or at the top of the chest. This unique form has a shape that allows it to be rotated horizontally or vertically on either the right or left side of the body for the best fit.  Also great for bilateral surgeries, this firm, rounded form is anatomically weighted with standard silicone.  The form comes with 1 Ivory breast form.
